CURVATURE OF THE SPİNE İN ATHLETES AND MODERN DİAGNOSTİC DEVİCES FOR THEİR DETERMİNATİON

Abstract

Spinal curvatures and modern devices that determine them were examined in the study. High-level confrontation, as well as the ability to skillfully defend themselves, are characteristic features of the game of football. Football makes different demands on the skill of the players. This is due to the difference in their functions in the team and the specific tasks that one or another player has to solve in the game. The vast majority of young football players have spinal defects. Depending on the vices, the following different forms of physique are found: Round back - the curvature of the head increases, the neck forward, the natural curvature of the back. Excessive kyphosis of the chest is noteworthy. Flat bent back - the natural curvature of the chest and back is low. The damping capacity of the spine is low. Round arched back – natural lordosis, curvature of the back is excessive, the stomach is protruding forward. Flat back - differs from others in that the natural curvature of the spine is less and the back is flat.

Every year, numerous sports injuries lead to reduced physical activity and loss of workforce, as well as additional medical costs. The cost of sports injuries worldwide is estimated at one billion dollars a year. In the United Nations alone, it is estimated that between 3 and 5 million injuries occur each year among recreational and recreational athletes. Back pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal complaints among athletes. The deire of athletes to achieve a high level of activity naturally increases the risk of developing back pain.
